From this presentation participants will learn the true nature of the seeker experience and why static company career pages most often lead to potential applicants not applying to your jobs. Creating and managing agile career pages that align with your brand and job offerings without sacrificing the candidate experience is available and easy to manage. The candidate experience continues into the onboarding stage and includes how new employees are welcomed into the organization, connected with peers, resources, & assignments and understand what is required of them in their first few weeks and months. Participants will review the impact of career sites, talent communities, apply processes, and onboarding activities to enable them to evaluate the effectiveness of their own organization’s candidate experience.
