About this Talk
Diversity and Inclusion has emerged as one of the largest Human Capital issues of all time.
Cultivating a culture of respect is not something that just happens. It's been nearly 6 decades since the Civil Rights March on Washington and it's painfully clear how little progress has been made.
Organizations are in a position to make a difference, a real difference, and are actively reevaluating and reinvesting in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
The quandary is that options are varied, best-practices are often subjective or unproven, and the ROI is hard to measure, not to mention the challenge of overcoming an extremely divisive climate in the country at large.
Social disruption is happening, employee engagement and your business profitability is at risk.
In this webcast, the team at Lean DEI, we will move beyond the surface level, and dive into DEI best-practices using a three-step framework:
Identify
- Unconscious biases
- Employees who are impacted
- Key leaders who can make a difference.
Engage
- Provide a continuous, two-way feedback resource for employees to voice their needs
- Deep-dive into actionable issues
- Respond proactively and escalate to people leaders.
Solve
- Educate: unconscious bias, microaggressions, productive conflict
- Coaching in support of culture change
- Enable the team to take the right actions and make the right decisions, at the right time.
